Interactive workshops
Based on types of courses, Freight Academy arrange for interactive workshops to create a vivid environment for the students. The students develop their skills and knowledge by observing an expert performing his tasks whilst explaining the daily core duties. The students spend one full day with the experts, through whom they acquire skills and they are confident that this course will help them in their future career.

Group Discussions
During our study and work life we will often be expected to work as part of a group. Group discussions are encouraged by our trainers on a regular basis. Students from various sectors join the course and enhance learning in both the affective and cognitive domains. Group discussions are both learner-centered and subject-centered.
This
stimulate learners to think about issues and problems. They encourage learners to exchange their own experiences, thereby making learning more active and less isolating.

In-house Training
The transition to in-house training has become a much more obvious choice with limited time, competition and challenge to survive.
It is cost effective for the employer because the person continues to work whilst learning. Thus, training time is reduced when compared to traditional off site learning.
Freight Academy provides in-house training not only locally but internationally.

Online course
The online design of the courseware offers a tremendous opportunity for individuals to learn without the constraints of time or location. Employees have the ability to learn anywhere, anytime. Employees can start or stop anywhere in a course and can repeat a lesson as often as they want.
A skill assessment option is available both before and after completing a lesson. This offers the ability to track performance improvements and is helpful in pointing out weaknesses that still exist.
All courses are available 24 hours a day; 7 days a week. You can access the internet from anywhere.
Online learning offers employers an excellent way to train their staff economically and without having to send them out of the office for a day or week at a time.
