Airport Meeting Service
Students arriving in Mauritius for the first time may desire to meet a Representative from Freight Academy at the Airport. Such students must inform the Overseas Admissions Representative in their country. Following information must reach the Academy at least two weeks before the arrival date:
- Airline and the flight number.
- Date and time of arrival.
- An e-mail address and phone number of your friend or relative for urgent messages.
If it is not a weekend, students are taken directly to the Academy otherwise to their lodging address in Mauritius.
Career Counseling
Students may seek advice or guidance from the Rector before they select a new study program or during the course for their future interests and better planning.
Visa Extension
Only students, who meet their attendance criteria; who do not have any pending financial dues or are not banned by the Administration due to any disciplinary problem and/or have no discrepancies in their academic record, are allowed to take the examinations, provided that the Rector has recommended them for taking the exams.
Bank Account
All students are briefed about the procedures of opening a bank account for which necessary bank references may be provided by the Academy
Accommodation
The Academy provides international students with accommodation upon their request. The students should inform the Administration Officer one week before their arrival.

Students have many opportunities to visit historic and other places of public interest and participate in many social activities through out the year to develop their personal academic interests and other educational needs. Click for more
