With his twenty-two years’ experience in the logistics sector, Mr. Delbar is fully conversant in International trade practices and in view of sharing his knowledge with the Business Community, he founded Freight Academy Ltd, a pioneer Institute to offer training in the sector. It is to be noted that Freight Academy is the one and only training institution in Mauritius and in the Indian Ocean to cater for training in the Logistics Supply Chain and Trade Businesses.
Mr Delbar is licensed as Trainer and Programme Officer by the MQA.
He participated in the WTO Workshop on Trade Facilitation.
He also participated in a workshop on Maritime Security and Counter Terrorism organized by U S Embassy and the US Defence force.
He successfully completed training on TRADE IN SERVICES FOR ESA COUNTRIES organized jointly by the European Union and COMESA.
