The field of logistics is, in many people’s eyes, a new area of study, however, Freight Academy has since 2006, successfully delivered courses related to the operation and optimisation of business processes in the areas of transport, distribution, warehousing and international trade. Rapid developments in technology and more open global trade patterns have enabled a wider public awareness of these topics. The status of logisticians has therefore increased significantly worldwide. These developments have led to a higher demand for quality education in the logistics field at all levels. In answer to this demand Freight Academy is the Centre for Logistics.
Freight Academy is coming up with a diploma course in collaboration with Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
This course is mainly targeted to International Students from COMESA, SADC and IOC.
